So I've been waiting for this moment and it presented itself when I needed the bathroom at a small restaurant yesterday. The eastern (or squat) toilet. And I must say, this one was quite clean. And presented no problem for me. I can't say I was so fortunate my next occasion with one (you'll have to ask me about that if you care to hear)

So, do they have toilet paper in the bathrooms? The girth looks nice and large! Hee!
ReplyDeletehaha olivia filled me in on your fun little experience. i don't think i'd do so well with the eastern toilets
ReplyDeleteNo toilet paper. Its "bring your own" as in common in Ecuador. They tend to have hoses or a bucket here because "washing" with water is more the thing than the paper I think.
ReplyDeleteAlyssa, glad you had your laughs. I've been much more cautious since. And sticking with the skirts instead of the pants help.
